About the event
Yoga & Sound Bath is a gentle, beginner-friendly experience designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your body and breath.
We’ll move through an intentional yoga flow while immersed in live sound from singing bowls, creating space for grounding, nervous system restoration, and inner stillness. The practice will close with an extended meditation supported by sound to deepen relaxation and integration.

This class is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.
