About the event
Join me Thursday evenings for a candlelit yoga experience designed to help you release the week and return to yourself. This gentle, beginner-friendly flow is supported by live guitar, creating a grounding atmosphere for breath, movement, and nervous system restoration.
We’ll move intentionally, breathe deeply, and create space in the body and mind.
This class is for all levels — whether you are new to yoga or returning to your mat.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
