Participants will explore a variety of essential oils through guided scent discovery. As you slowly experience each aroma, you’ll be invited to notice the emotions, memories, and sensations that arise. Through mindful breathing and reflection, scent becomes a tool for deeper awareness and connection.
From this exploration, you will create your own custom aromatherapy roll-on blend, set a personal intention, and give your fragrance a meaningful name.
The experience will then transition into the frequency room, where you will sit with your blend while listening to live guitar music, allowing fragrance and sound to support relaxation and presence.
Participants will:
