Scent & Center: An Aromatherapy + Yoga Experience
Join me for an intentional gathering where we blend movement and scent to support your inner balance. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow designed to ground and restore the body. Afterwards, you’ll learn the basics of aromatherapy and craft your own custom essential oil roll-on blend to take home.
