MEET TAYLOR

Taylor Duncan is a certified Hatha yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, and 10 years on the mat teaching to the community. She specializes in the gentle guidance of beginners, holding space for expectant mothers through prenatal yoga, and introducing kids to the joy of movement and mindfulness. Taylor "believes yoga is for every body, and her mission is to make the practice feel welcoming, accessible, and deeply personal.

Rooted in a holistic approach, She weaves in tools like aromatherapy, herbalism, and naturopathy to honor the mind, body, and spirit connection. Whether moving together in partner yoga or flowing solo, her classes are about showing up as your whole self, breathing through the process, and finding balance—on and off the mat.
